Schedule Changes
So you want to make a schedule change...
You can walk through the steps below to change your schedule. We ask for at least an 8-week lead time on schedule changes.
First, make a plan
Review the schedule options.
We want you to have lots of options to build a schedule you love, and we want to allow as many stylists to work as possible, all while empowering balanced Life/Work schedules. That is where the double shift schedule comes into being.
Check if there are enough stations open via the scheduler.
Your login is your email address. If you don't know your password please reset it. You must click the password reset email within 60 minutes.
You can see how many AM or PM shifts are available in each location on any given day.
If you are going to choose a 12 hours shift you need both an AM and PM shift open.
Consider the impact and consequences of a change.
Is the new schedule more or less convenient for your clients?
Have you reduced your hours? Will that impact your income?
Have you reduced your hours below 24? This will make you ineligible for Benefits.
Plan out your schedule change strategy
If you plan ahead you can have all your guests Prebooked into your new schedule before it shifts. This ensures higher retention of your guests.
Second, get approval
After you've decided on your ideal schedule, please slack your Team Leader for their review.
Please include:
When you want the change to go into effect.
What your schedule is now.
What you want your schedule to be.
Once you have approval from your Team Leader, Send it to your location lead for the final double-check, and they will update your schedule.
