How To Stocktake
Grab an I-Phone and open Phorest
In the top left corner select “more” and scroll down to “Stocktake”
Select “New Inventory”
Select only Retail under the “Inventory Types”
Choose Brands - Select your assigned brand/brands
Start Inventory Count
Now you must go through all our product for your brand and scan the barcodes and enter in how many of each we have
Start with what is on the shelf
Once you are done - go into benches for MV, drawers for LO
Also check in dungeon at MV, closet for LO
If it’s already been entered, all you need to do is update the count. It should say how many have already been counted at the bottom of the screen once you rescan a product.
Once your brand has been counted, click “Review Inventory Count” then “Finish Inventory”
The pop up is asking about the products we have in our system that didn’t appear when you scanned everything, select “Count them as 0” so Phorest knows we are out of that specific product.
Now you need to go to Phorest on a computer.
Go to Manager - Inventory Count
Highlight the entry you just completed, it should be the one on top.
Select “Apply Inventory Count” on the bottom of the screen
You’re done! The products you counted have now been updated in Phorest, thank you! ♡
