Goals Overview
What counts:
Personal Goals
Referrals / New Guests 3+
You bring a referral to the salon and book them with a Level 3 or higher
If a new guest calls and you book them with a Level 3 or higher
If you book a guest at a location that is NOT the one you currently are working in
Additional Services
Anything an existing guest was not going to book that you suggest and they add to their appointment
Finding a spot for someone on the waitlist
If you offer something an additional service when a guest arrives and they add it
If you book a guest with a higher level stylist than they normally see, the price difference counts as an add on (I.E $79 - $54 = $25, the $25 is the add on cost you track)
Gift Card Sales
A guest purchases a gift card
Team Goals
Retail Sales
You should be reminding guests about current promos
You should always ask if the guest needs any take home products at checkout
Prebook Percentage
You should always ask if a guest wants to prebook their next appointment
How it works:
Qualifying and Level Jumping:
You qualify by hitting 3 Goals
3 personal
2 personal + 1 team
If you qualify 3 months in a row or 5 months out of 12, you level jump
Under 24hrs gets $.50 Raise
Over 24hrs gets $1.00 Raise
Goals are unique to each person and based on how many hours you work in a month
Monthly Bonuses
You earn a bonus for each personal goal you reach
You can also earn bonuses for team goals
You must hit 1 personal goal to get the team goals bonus
Each Goal you hit adds $$ to your monthly bonus
Under 24hrs gets $10 Per Goal
Over 24hrs gets $15 Per Goal
